Moina Raissa KODJO, the founder of the international firm Morlo Consulting, has built a career in management and information systems while passionately advocating for ecological sustainability.
She has developed a diverse skill set through various roles in entrepreneurship, IT business analysis, management, human resources, and finance. These experiences, gained across industries, banking, consulting services, and environmental NGOs, have equipped her with strong expertise in functional IT roles.
Altruistic, determined, and hardworking, she believes that anything is possible with effort and faith.
As a former victim of domestic violence, she is committed to demonstrating resilience through her career. She plans to allocate a portion of the firm’s profits to associations that combat domestic violence. This initiative aims to support women who have experienced violence, helping them regain their footing and pursue their dreams.
As the founder of the eco-NGO FSDA, she spends some weekends volunteering for ecological activities. In previous years, she volunteered full-time with the NGO to address urgent climate challenges in Côte d’Ivoire, particularly beach pollution and coastal erosion in Bassam Modeste.
