We are looking for a senior developer. He/ her will have to develop a website , application and software for our consulting service or our client. He /her will develop the best functionalities to offer the best user experience ( AI, UX, CLOUD …). He/Her will work also on the solution update.

Requirements

The senior developer, develop, analyze, test, deploy upgrade,maintain security, perform maintenance to meet customers needs. The senior developer manage the team of intermediate developper and designer. He/ Her report directly to the project manager or the business analyst.


Location and duration

The applicant must be located in Ontario, Canada
Duration : more than 1 year


Education

Our senior developper must have a degree in computing science, information technology or else degree related including programing courses. Any certificate in coding and AI are welcome ( must be in addition of the initial degree). The degree must certify at least 3 years of university ( licence, bachelor, Master..) approved by WES if it is an international degree (degree obtained outside Canada).

Experience

- The applicant must have at least 5 years of experiences ( training include) in tech solutions development (software, application and website)
- you must have worked previously on a Human resources software development project and must have one or two reference(s) for this RH project
- Three years of experience in team management ( part of the 5 years of experience )
- He/her must get some knowledge in software architecture and artificial intelligence ( intermediate level)
- He/Her can develop website, application ( web/ mobile) and software ( business systems)

The technical skills

The applicant must master those programming and data language :

> Coding : javascript, python, C+, html + else programing language of your choice
> Data management : SQL,AWS
The applicant must master those software :
> Coding : nodejs, visual studio, github
> Datamanagement ( optionnal) : microsoft sql, oracle, IBM B2
> Project management software : jira, confluence
> AI software ( data labelling software) : one software of its choice
> AI software ( conversationnal intelligence software): one software of its choice
> AI software ( data science and machine learning software) : one software of its choice
> AI software ( active learning tools software ) : one software of its choice
Language
The applicant must master one or two language:
> English ( mandatory)
> French ( optionnal)
